Biography
Suma Bastola is the Founder and Chairperson of SHRIIM Services Private Limited. With a professional career spanning nearly three decades, she has established herself as a respected figure in international trade, logistics, and business development.
Her journey in the global trading industry began in 1997 with SEACOM Cargo Private Limited, where she gained extensive experience in international commerce, logistics management, supply chain operations, and cross-border business relations. Throughout her career, she has developed commercial relationships and business operations across South Asia, North America, and Eurasia, gaining valuable insight into the complexities of international markets and global trade dynamics.
Recognizing the opportunities created by an increasingly interconnected world economy, Ms. Bastola founded SHRIIM Services Private Limited in 2014. Drawing upon years of industry experience, she envisioned a company capable of building lasting commercial partnerships, facilitating international trade, and creating sustainable value for clients across diverse sectors.
A graduate of Padma Kanya Campus, Kathmandu, Nepal, Ms. Bastola combines practical industry expertise with a strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and responsible business leadership. As Chairperson, she provides strategic direction and governance oversight while guiding SHRIIM's long-term growth and international expansion.
Under her leadership, SHRIIM continues to strengthen its position as a trusted multi-sector trading house committed to excellence, innovation, and global collaboration.

Biography
Manoj Roychowdhury serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of SHRIIM Services Private Limited, bringing nearly five decades of entrepreneurial leadership and international business experience to the organization.
Having begun his professional journey in 1976, Mr. Roychowdhury has built a distinguished career spanning international trade, logistics, manpower services, consultancy, supply chain management, and strategic business development. Throughout his career, he has successfully established and led multiple enterprises, earning recognition for his ability to identify opportunities, build sustainable businesses, and cultivate enduring commercial relationships.
Mr. Roychowdhury commenced his professional career in Nepal, where he worked with several of the country's most respected business conglomerates, including Golchha Organization, Chaudhary Group, and Air Express Group. These experiences laid the foundation for his business philosophy and provided valuable insights into managing complex commercial operations across diverse industries and markets.
A Commerce graduate educated in Kolkata, India, he has facilitated trade and business operations across more than twenty countries, developing deep expertise in international commerce, cross-border logistics, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Prior to co-founding SHRIIM in 2014, he played a significant leadership role in the growth and success of SEACOM Cargo Private Limited and several other business ventures.
As CEO and Executive Director, Mr. Roychowdhury oversees the company's global business operations, commercial strategy, partnership development, and long-term growth initiatives. His leadership philosophy is founded on two timeless principles: trust and effort.
